Check in procedures

Check in is 2pm until 6.30pm and Check out is 10am.

Keys can be collected from the reception desk at 528 Swanston Street, Carlton

for guests staying in North Melbourne, Carlton and Collins Street properties.

For our Southbank guests check in at 285 City Rd, Southbank.

Keys are not available after 12 Midnight. Please contact us on 1300 669 629

to notify if arriving outside business hours.

Early check-in and late checkout fee of $60 can be arranged, subject to

availability. If wishing to arrive prior to 11am you must have booked the

apartment for the night before. This night must be paid for at the time of

booking.

The apartments can accommodate additional guests or split beds for $30

extra per night. Subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hrs prior to arrival date (except during

peak periods) . Should you cancel within 48 hrs of your arrival you will forfeit

your first night’s accommodation. In the event of a booking cancellation

being made after check-in, a minimum of 2 nights’ stay will be charged or the

balance of the booking (whichever is less). There is no refund for

cancellations made for Peak Period reservations or Friday and Saturday nights.

 

Car parking ( Only available for guests staying at Southbank and Carlton )

Cost is $9 per night at Southbank and $19 per night at Carlton. Subject to availability

The car park owner & managing agent accepts no responsibility for any loss

or damage to vehicles and/or personal belongings within parked vehicles at

Plum Southbank Serviced Apartments. Car park access devices remain the property of the managing agent and must be returned on date of departure.

 

Incidental charges

Extra charges including telephone, internet usage, loss of keys, fobs and carpark remotes                                          

and any breakages, damage or extra cleaning will be charged at the end of your stay. (minimum

charge to credit card - $7.00)

For all guests' convenience, Plum Serviced Apartments has a non smoking

policy. A $95 penalty fee applies to those not observing this policy.

 

Personal Belongings

Neither the owners nor managing agent accept responsibility for any loss or

damage to personal belongings within guests’ apartments or vehicles. No

responsibility can be accepted for personal goods left behind on departure

 

Payment

Payments can be made via online bank transfer*, cheque, EFTPOS, or via

credit card**. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX and Bankcard.

*Note payments via overseas Online Bank Transfer will incur a $6 fee.

**Note: Charges from credit card providers will be passed on to the guest.

Visa MC and Bankcard 1.5% charge AMEX and Diners incur a 3.5% charge

Minimum Charge to credit card is $7.00.

Balance of payment on arrival.

Cash not accepted for payment of accommodation or incidentals.
