For arrivals during normal business hours, keys may be collected from the reception desk at 528 Swanston Street, Carlton (corner of Swanston St and Queensberry St). Please contact reservations on 1300 669 629 if arriving outside business hours.

Please note:

• Access to Plum Collins Street Serviced apartments via No. 1 LIFT in foyer (furthest lift from main entry) for apartments located on 13-15th floors. Please alight on level 14 and walk up to level 15 or down to level 13. There is no lift access to 13th and 15th floors. Use first two lifts for apartments located on other floors.
