All apartments include spacious living area's, modern fittings and furnishings, including TV, DVD player, laundry facilities, dial up internet connection, reverse cycle air conditioners and full kitchen facilities, including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and cook top.

Keys are to be collected from the reception desk at Plum Carlton, 528 Swanston Street, Carlton (corner of Swanston St and Queensberry St). There is not a reception desk located at this property.
